Your Neighbourhood Management Officer
Our Neighbourhood Services Team is responsible for providing support, advice and guidance about your home and your tenancy. Each neighbourhood is assigned a designated Neighbourhood Management Officer who will provide support and assistance for matters such as rent enquiries, anti-social behaviour, tenancy and neighbourhood related issues.
You can contact your officer by getting in touch. If you contact the office your designated officer may be out and about visiting tenants in their homes. They are more likely to be in the office before 10.00am and after 4.00pm. If they are out of the office when you ring they will return your call within one working day. Alternatively you can pop along to the SLH office Monday to Friday to speak to any one of our Customer Service Advisors.
SLH also provide a number of services offering advice and support, including a Tenancy Support Service to enable older and more vulnerable members of our community to remain independent and able to maintain their tenancies.
As well as the Tenancy Support service we have a Community Safety Team who can assist tenants with anti-social behaviour concerns, and an Affordable Living Team who can help tenants who are struggling to pay their energy bills.
Our Benefits Advice Service is also on hand to ensure that you are getting everything you are entitled to, help you understand the benefits system, challenge unfair decisions and more.
