Using a joint approach, employers and providers will work together to ensure the local community have the right skills and qualifications to enable them to gain sustainable employment.

Addaction’s ETE programme aims to inspire and engage people at all stages of their recovery by offering realistic and achievable ways to improve well-being.
Catch22 deliver their Connect With Work programme from Reach, which is completely free and is for anyone who lives in Liverpool, aged 16+ with one or more barrier into work.
Employability Solutions are a social enterprise providing a full time alternative education provision for young people aged 14-29.
Households into Work
Households into Work programme is designed to support clients and any members of their family who are aged 16 or over to address barriers including, issues with Health & Wellbeing, Debt, Addiction and Homelessness and move into employment and training.
Include IT Mersey
Include IT Mersey offer Digital surgeries/IT drop-ins in Reach on Thursday, to help anyone ages 30+ who need support in basic IT needs.
Innovative Alliance was created to support people in their desire to develop their skills and become economically active.

Liverpool in Work staff work right across the city. Based in local communities, job centres, libraries etc, they can help with information, advice and guidance to help you find appropriate work or training.
