We aim to provide excellent customer service to all our customers, to do this we need to know what you think about the services you receive. Therefore we rely on Customer Feedback to improve the services we offer.
We have a dedicated Community Safety Team set up to assist tenants with anti-social behaviour and community safety issues.
If you are struggling with money we have an Affordable Living Team who can visit you in your home to provide advice on water bills and energy tariffs, and identify ways of saving you money.
If you need help with benefits, our Benefits Advice Service are there to help you understand the benefits system, ensure that you're claiming everything you're entitled to and challenge unfair decisions.
